NegromancerHowever with all injuries the most important thing is rehab and patience. Just make sure you put a lot of effort into strengthening you knee through exercise. Build the muscles around your knee to support it and make it less likely to injure it again. Don't go skiing until it's fully healed because if you fuck it up while it's still healing you'll be back to square one.
NegromancerAsk your doctor or surgeon, he/she has years of medical schooling and experience and I'm sure they will give better advice than than the vast majority of Newschoolers can.I have talked to them and they have said everything they can say. I am just looking for people who have done it
