The real meaning behind all the spam

I decided to do a quick 5 minutes of research and provide you guys with some clarification. Every post has a random numeric title, and then every post inside all begin with either KBC9.com or wld333.com. I was scared to open both websites at the fear of seeing some freaky Asian porn but really the links just lead to an Asian ran worldwide Online casino . And all the text that comes with each post inside translates to the following image below.

So simply whoever these Korean Casino people are. They are just advertising but this shit really needs to stop, they're fucking up the B/S/T forum

that's 4 am for me. (6 est) We try our best, but with the crazy number of spammers you can't expect us to get all of them immediately.

Obviously true. I'm not calling out the existing mods I'm just recognizing the need for more East coast mods during those dead times.

In no way did I mean to call out mods. They've had to deal with this shit the past week and all the threads have been deleted relatively quick. I just wanted to provide and explanation of this Korean bullshit

Oh its all good, and believe me we're just as frustrated as you guys. These are some seriously dedicated spammers, and we're doing our best to combat it both from a moderation and a programmatic level. Only the two together will win.

If we can't get a solution in place that sticks, we'll get some more mods on board to deal with it.

Don't worry, they'll give up eventually. It happened at my work to the point of happening multiple times within a few minutes but after a couple weeks, nothing. Asians are dedicated, just not that dedicated.

Yeah it happens from time to time. We'll put in as many blocks as it takes to make this more annoying so hopefully in the future they think twice.

I personally find that incredibly annoying for regular posters, and I don't think we have to be that aggressive across the board.

What we do need to do is make it so that first time users with new accounts have much more restrictions on them. So they can only make a few posts until their account matures a bit.
