Yeah, man it's completely legit. At one point they were getting so much traffic that a number of people filed a suit against them at the Better Business Bureau. They publicly turned around and made note that it was Apple's fault b/c the ipod mini had just come out and so many people wanted that. It turned out that it was completely legit and it was Apple's fault at the time.
