I've had one for multiple seasons and it's pretty good, albeit I don't know much about helmets in particular. It's not the very best looking in my opinion, but not terrible. Does the job well. I think it's pretty light and durable. You'd probably be happy with it.
I'd recommend making sure it fits well with your goggles though. It they're made by Smith, you're good, otherwise I would take your goggles to a shop that has the helmet and try them on to make sure there's no awkward gap on top or anything. I use mine with Electric EG2.5s and they work alright together, if that helps.
If I were you I would go with something more like the Smith Maze or Giro Combyn, both are very light and the Combyn is a very well built and durable helmet.
The holt is definitely heavier than the Maze, but its more durable. I have a Maze now and its hands down the lightest helmet I've ever worn, but it dents anytime it gets hit by something more than a snowflake. The Maze however acts as a great "one and done" crash helmet where lifespan isn't a priority and if it wouldn't be a crisis if you had to replace a helmet its probably the way to go.
