if im 5'11 now and 145lbs and an advanced skier and not stop growing and im buying some skis at the beginning of the summer and the largest size of skis come in a 188
If you're a confident skier and feel that you're still going to grow a 188 with early rise in the tip and tail could work, but might be slightly big. If you've ridden bigger skis before and feel okay on them the 188 should be fine but otherwise look for something in the 182-84 range.
I'm 6'1" and 160lbs and I find that 185cm works really well for everything as an aggressive skier. I have the Line Blend and plan on getting Faction Candide 3's next season in 186cm, both have some early rise and the blend remains relatively stable at high speeds. I can't comment on the Candide 3 but on paper it sounds perfect as it's a little stiffer than the Blend and I'm looking for a ski better suited for charging while still fun in that park.
