mikefanto go to school and get a degree in something else, the industry doesn't pay all that well, or take an bussiness administration course and then get a rep job and work it up from there!!! good luck to you, everyone wants a job in the industry

The people who actually build the skis are engineers. The atheletes.companies get together with the engineers, and they discuss how they want a new ski to perform. Then they will work together until everything is the way the athlete/company wants.
