I just broke out my spatulas after a two week break to inspect them before this weeks pow. The stainless steel top sheet has all sorts of bloches that are not simply wiping off. I'm wondering if there is any kind of gentle solvent that i could use to make them pretty.

possibly chrome polish, i dunno what exactly is making it shine but if its chrome they make special polishes to make it shine

it is more of a chrome surface than the traditional straight stainless steel of volant, so i think polish is the ticket
