this skank at my school said that she had to transfer to an alternative high school because she missed so much school because she was in the hospital because her kidney burst... wow i just said because 3 times... anyways i don't think there is anyway that your kidney can burst without you dying...

i think its just her excuse for getting knocked up because now she is really fat...

it's possible I'm sure. My friend's spleen burst when he crashed on a big hit mountain biking, and when he went to the hospital the doctor told him he was fine. He passed out on his way out the door, so they checked him out again and realised his spleen burst. They pulled it out just in time basically. If he hadn't passed out he would have died because no one would have noticed.
