i was planning on sending a movie to some companies for chance at a sponsorship, but had trouble writing a letter t for it, what should i write? and anymore tips on getting the companies attention?

well, i wouldnt know, because im not even close to being sponsored, but if i was, id rather just show your local reps what u got and talk to em, get to know em and if they think having you will be an asset to them..then they would probably set something up. Sending in videos is kinda sketch, because they dont know your personality...the kinda 'feel' you give off. Basically..they dont know for certain what they are invesing in. If local reps are out of the question, than, on the other hand..i dont know.. just write something telling them who you are, why they would want to sponsor you, and what you can give back to them.

the number of people who actually get sponsored by writing a company and sending a video is practically Zero. thats really not how it works... you gotta get yourself in the spotlight, into a place where the people who matter can see your skillz. but the chance that you'll get hooked up by a team manager straight up is practically none as well.
your best off finding a local rep, starting off at a grassroots level, and then working your way up the chain.
