I am thinking I'm going to buy some new troublemakers which have a 78mm waist. I'd like to continue to use my current bindings. The brake on my bindings measure to be 80mm. I'm afraid that the brake will catch on the edge of the ski. I've seen it happen. Do I need to buy bigger breaks or just shave some of the break off?
