Retarded MP3 question

Ok, I'm retarted in anything computer related so here goes:

I have a discman that reads MP3 CDs. I only recently learned that you can actually burn a lot of CDs on a single blank one if you use MP3 songs. My question is simply how do you burn MP3 CDs as opposed to just regular ones?

make a data cd and put the mp3s on it.

download Itunes...okay now that youve done that import all albums/songs to itunes. Then erase musicmatch or whatever shitty program you were using, then go to the help menu and serch MP3/Data Cds and it will teach you how to do it.

if you have roxio easy cd creator one of the options is to burn an mp3 cd.
