Firstly to say thanks everyone, I'm glad you like the game! But !??...you guys like know the thing better than I do !! I can't get scores that high!
OK, secondly, about the grabs - You're right, I tried to add a few, but I dont really know moves like that, so I am not sure what to include. Also, because of the way the game is made, all the moves are just side on arrangements of the different body parts, and therefore twisting moves cant be done. The game hasnt been rewritten, just tweaked from the original version. I cant think of a way to make the guy rotate around another axis using Flash..? any ideas?.
Thirdly, about the source! :-) .. Yeah I got the email, and I have been thinking about it, but I wrote the game specifically for the site, and I already turned down a netherlands guy who offered me money (admitedly not much though :-( ... ), so I am sorry, but I am keeping the source. I would be glad to explain in detail how it is done though, and help anyone who wants to do one like it. :-)
OK, lastly, about making a game specifically for ski. I am racking my brains to come up with an efficient way of doing the rotation on different axis thing. Also I would like to do a game that is a sort of side scroller like sonic/mario , but where the object is do throw tricks and stuff. I had planned to do it as a skater / bmx / skateboard thing, but there is no reason why i couldnt drop a ski background / graphics in and have that as an option too. As soon as I can think of a way to make it work, then I will do it, and I will do a ski one too.
