I dont know about the guys but for the chicks I will have to go with gretegirl. I went to session one with her at SMS an she was better than 3/4 of the guys there. Oh yeah, and this one kid, i think his name is something like Andy Mother Fuckin Mahre, something like that. He was in some movie by some company called TGR and he does this trick called an unnatural corked 5 easier than you can do a safety grab. He was also in this one movie 'Scandalous' which overrides all of the above.
