not necessarily online dating but i met a guy who found me on msn messenger. it turns out he lives like 1/2 a mile from me. twas okay for a while but then i got bored. but those freaking cupid.com or whatever, those are just stupid.

My friend once dated a guy from Connecticut that she met in a chat room and he ended up being like 27 (we were about 15) and just a sick pervert. He showed us a picture of the REAL him and he was bald with tattoos all over his skull...it was just nasty. Like the lady said, you never know who you're REALLY talking to.
