aight so my tryolia bindings either got pushed up or back. like the bindings are now pushed to far awy from each other that now my boot wont fit. which side got moved, the toe peice of the heel piece? and can i fix this on my own

yeah you can fix it, the heel piece moved back. there is a little metal piece that is lying horizontally that you need to lift up. put your boot in the toe piece and put the heel flat with the binding. lift up that metal piece(i had to use a flat head screwdriver to do it) and slide the heelpiece forward until it meets the boot. this is a rough explination on how to do it, so if you can de-code what i said, you'll be able to fix it. be careful to not apply too much forward pressure though.

*the horizontal metal piece is below the din screw, on the back of the heelpiece.

btw, are they the mad flex binders?
