Maybe my legs are weak, maybe it is these new 15lb skis, or maybe I am just CLUELESS!
I cannot seem to figure out how to get my skis off the ground high enough to 180 on the flat. I can 180 off a jump, knowl, or hump... but on the flat I feel like I am glued to the ground.
Can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong, or if I am just weak what muscles are used most for this and what is the best way to work them?
