The point is, newschoolers doesn't even come close to being w3 HTML valid for ANY standard. It's the engine and it's 'the html coder f'd up' AI that fixes those double spacing problems. Check out the
W3 html validator on any NS web page and see what it spits back.
Firefox and Safari use derivatives of the gecko engine. The person probably doesn't have that recent of a version of Safari b/c Apple's policies on Safari html interpreter updates are lacking.
