Dual Dell SE2716H 27" Curved monitors, thoughts?

Only 1080p? You'll need a beast of a machine to power something like that as is. Unless you're shooting higher than 1080p then theres no point. 4k is here but isn't common enough to get real benefits.

Make the choice based on where you're at and where you'd like to be in 3 months video processing wise (if thats where you're going with this)

The choice is yours. I personally don't feel like going to 4k is worth it yet.

4k is still expensive so i would wait to get anything 4k.

That's true, though 1440 and 4k movies are sweet. Not worth 600 a monitor though

1080p is chill, 1440p is the best IMO. 4k isn't really necessary yet unless you are shooting only 4k footage.

I picked up a decent 1440p monitor on cyber monday for like $300 and i was stoked on that. 27" 1080p screens will be like 150-200 each, or you could ball out and get two 1440p for 300-400 each.

We're working on a film almost completely shot in 6K and we do all the work on 1080p monitors, I'm sure you'll be fine.
