Replying to Legal Advice

I work as a lifty for a company that I will not name, let's just call them "epic" resorts. The lift I work at has a very small top shack about 5'x5' the shack has a propane heater that is not rated for a space this small. We have a carbon monoxide detector that goes off constantly, all of my crew for this lift leaves sick and with headaches any day that we need to start the heater. I have video off the detector going off and pictures of the rating space for the heater. Should we try to take legal action? Any time we tell management nothing gets done.
