Help I have the spins

I got really drunk earlier but have since sobered up but whenever I close my eyes to sleep everything feels like it's spinning and now I have a headache.

Am I dying?


I feel like I'm gonna die.

I usually just hang off my bed like I'm falling off cliff. Then dry heave for an hour. The spins suck ass

This sounds really bad, but I usually take a sleeping pill or some nyquil to knock me out to sleep for awhile and then when I wake up it's gone. Also if you're dehydrated that might not help, drink a shitload of water if you haven't already been doing that.

pick something to focus on like a digital clock or a little light from a computer or something and try to stare at it. it won't stop them right away but it'll help. and drink water.
I always get the spins when I'm drunk and smoke too much

Only been there a few times, hanging a leg of my bed onto the floor helps some but puking profusely helps the most

I just get naked and sit in my shower going from ice cold - boiling hot. Also nice cause you can just drink unlimited water and throw it up as needed

Solid move. For some reason head down like that makes it a little better. It's also really annoying for people around you but for some reason a consistent slight grunt or moan eases the nausea
