Look Pivot Dilemma

murphyboiiiiHey, my friend traded me a brand new pair of look pivot 18 130s for an old pair of skis i had, and I want to mount them on my J skis whipits... the whipits are 90 under foot and I don't know if that is too thin for the bindings or not

note the brakes stick out maybe half an inch to an inch on each side on the ski

And what kind of jumps are you hitting that require 18 din bindings?

NegromancerYour brake arms should be no wider than 15mm more than the ski width otherwise they're just gonna get really bent and messed up.

Shoey-Ski40mm difference seems like it would be way too much

LonelySkied a whole season on 92mm skis with 132mm brakes. They tangled a couple times but it's definetly feasible trust me.

murphyboiiiihe won them in a raffle and he needs new skis, and I need new bindings, so we traded my old skis for his brand new bindings, the lowest din is 8 which is chyll so I took him up on the trade
