Being yelled at for stupid shit

The other day I was skiing and was yelled at for something I've never even heard of someone being yelled at before: sitting on your poles on the lift. Definitely irritated me. Has anyone else been yelled at for this, or anything else just as stupid?

Well bro, most people just put them under their leg. I pry would have said something too if I saw your ski pole jammed up your butthole.

You were being vented on, don't take it. I assume you just ignored, but they also ruined your ride up. You can't talk reason to such people. If you can't ignore, then you have to escalate (which is pretty easy as the person was likely a dumb coward.) I would've said something like "better under my leg than up your fat-fn' asshole" or just screamed as loud as I could in his ear "shut the fuck up." At least screaming, you get other people looking at you, who can be potential witnesses later if things get physical. Another method is to get other people on the chair to help you calm him down. Were you both by yourselves on the same chair? If so I would've reported him, because he probably did the same shit to other people when he could.

At HC mountain, I expect stoke levels and camaraderie to be too high for that sorta tardage to easily occur.

He may have also been a dominant gay-sexual trying to garner submissiveness. (I've had this shit happen to me a few times in the past) you can tell it's gaysexual because they are flashing their earring or doing some gay body language while yelling.

This lift operator got mad at me and my friends for jibbing a pile of snow at the bottom near the lift line and he handled it very rudely so my friend asked for his name and he got mad and called patrol.

That's weird. I sit on my poles all the time and no one's ever said anything to me about it. One time I was talking to my friend about something in the line and then I went back to my other homies, who were a few spaces up. It was a tiny line. A minute long at most. This racer guy starts yelling at me from the back, so I ignore him. He comes up and starts threatening me saying stuff like "I'm a cool cat, but all get serious" with the wierdest accent I've ever heard. So I leave the line (In retrospect, I shoulda said "Go play with some yarn") and the guy takes my spot beside my friends.

some guy yelled at me because i was in the singles lane and ended up going up a lift by myself, since it resulted in his family being on the lift one more later then they could have (lift in front of me had three people).

There was nobody else in the line...
It wasn't even good conditions...
why stress so much?

Last weekend at Carinthia some ski patrol dick called me out for kinda blowing through the singles line while I was getting with a group of 3 people, he said I had to get to the back of the line or else he'd cut my pass. I didnt really blow through it either just kinda walked into a crowd of 4's because I thought I saw a group of 3 and was in a rush since I was in a comp. It pissed me off more because we were like 5-6 groups away from getting on and he kept looking back at me until I went to the back. I did my best to be polite incase he was saving my life the next run, it was stupid and everyone around me agreed he was being a prick.

This cocksucker in a us ski team jacket taped me on the sholder and told me to go back in line. I was like I was just going with that twosome ahead because there is no singles line. He was like back in line. So I was like ooohhhh pardon me didn't see your jacked I didn't realize this was cocksucker parking only.... He said I had no class just because I called him a fucking cocksucker in front of his two feminine little bitch children.. The nerve of some people. Then I saw him in the park and I had the decency to not tail tap his face...and that is certanly better then he deserved.

Mount snow I've been yelled at by staff who was standing beneath the chairlift yelling up to me in a fury to put the bar down.
Wachusett stopped and reamed for skiing switch, guy was like " TURN IT AROUND " , I told him stop selling twintip skis that promote switch skiing in your shop at the bottom of the mountain and I'll turn it around.

I did immediately and he calmly thanked me, it is the law in Vermont so they just dont wanna get fucked over if someone they saw without the bar down fell or something. Seems like Mt Snow patrol are kinda just dicks but I still gotta be nice incase theyre putting a sling around my arm or something.

yep, at the beginning of every lift theres a sign that usually says "put restraint bar down, ITS THE LAW"

its pretty weak I know but sometimes its nice to use the bar

lol its just vt for that law I think. Living on the east coast is a love/hate relationship for me, one week its warm and rainy and the next is nice, cold and snowy...except for this season event though my house got like 4 inches today, its almost gone but whatever.

A51 is a great park so I don't mind going to Keystone, but it seems like every "mountain safety officer" is in a bad mood. I suggest Vail resorts puts every one of these people through the 'stick-in-ass removal program'
