Sup guys, so over my spring break I went to big bear and snow summit (which is much better than bear) with my schools ski club (Asu) and the worst thing in the world happened. After skiing an 8-10 inch powder day on some fat skis I decided to take out my head the caddys for some spring, bluebird laps. On my first run in just skiing around, scoping features and I see this super low risk butter box and decided to try a 540 surface swap. End up spinning to much and fall maybe 6 inches onto snow on my Hip and my right ski pops off. At this point I have about 100 yards left till the lift and look down and see my ski looks funny.
So guys, I am being unreasonable about being about this shit happening off a butter box? i just cant believe a company's flagship park/pipe ski can just crumble on the smallest feature on the mountain.
