Rails mental block remover

So I found a way that helps me be less scared of trying rail tricks. I just think of it as doing easy jump tricks just on to or off of a hard surface.

Iv used this same trick seems to really work. Since I stooped being a pussy about hitting rails I have hit much bigger and technical ones.

So I find myself getting overwelmed wondering, "am I going to eat rail?, what if I catch an edge? Will I land the trick? yadda yadda " However I find myself being more successful when I


tell myself in a stern manner, " I am going to do (insert trick description here)"


I'm no psycology major but if you worry about the negative outcomes it will distract your conscious when your actually performing the trick and that's how I almost broke my femur so yea
