Bindings - Please Help

So I have a problem, I bought afterbangs this season because they were on a really good deal so I just slapped my old squires on them thinking I'd be set, however I have been going through brakes like crazy and they are breaking for no apparent reason so I want new bindings.

I want my bindings center mounted but if I buy fks/pivot I can't get them center mounted (previous holes in the way), so I've been considering Griffons because I can just put them in the same holes but I'm hesitant to buy anything else marker because of my previous experiences with them...

So if I get the fks/pivots and mount them back a ways will I actually notice? Or would I be fine with the griffons?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, sorry for the long read.

I highly recomend fks/pivot and put them one or two back.

But since the ski is symmetrical will that be an issue? If it weren't symmetrical I would just do it. Like how drastically do you think it'd change the feel of the ski?

not much a lot of people actually used to mount them forward for some stupid fucking reason. AMyway youll be fine you coul go with the axials whit is the rossignol fks but doesn't pivot (generally speaking) marker griffon but lighter cheaper and better in my opinion

ive had standard bindings center mounted then put pivots on the same ski and i never had a problem. try going somewhere else to mount them because it should work.

The guy at my local shop took my binding off and put the rossi mounting plate on to see if I could center mount the fks/pivot (It was only a rough estimate imo) and he said I couldn't and that I should either buy Marker Griffons or a different ski with the fks/pivots...
