Best Dornish ski area?

what's up - my family and I are planning a trip to the Red Mountains of Dorne in a few months and I'm really hoping to get a couple days of shredding in while we're there. Anyone have any recommendations on the best places to ride? I'll bring back a cask of red to whoever gives the best suggestions....

Probably just go to Castle-rock the have some cliffs you can drop off.
