Hey, just starting to get into freestyle skiing and after watching some Level 1 movies and countless YouTube videos, I cannot understand how to differentiate between these following tricks

Misty
Rodeo
Cork
Front/Back full
Flat

Thanks for the help! I cant wait to get more involved in this great community.

depending on how the skier does them flatspins and rodeos can be somewhat similar. Here's a good example of how they are different:

A cork is an off axis spin, (you can tell because the head never goes completely upside down

To help you out a flat 5 and rodeo 5 are basically the same fucking thing. There is no rodeo 3, just a flat 3.

So a cork is an off axis spin and the axis is kinda backword and a misty is also an off axis spin but the axis is kinda forward.

Back full is a backflip with a 360 and a front full is the same thing but with a front flip

a flatspin is sort of a side flip and backflip mixed

misty you go inverted. bio is more of a forward throw cork/flat spin in which you don't go inverted.

So front flip you throw straight down.
Overflip/barani/front flip 180 is thrown straight down, on axis, with a 180 in there.
Misty is thrown down and to the side, but more downward than sideways. However less downward than a front flip 180.
Bio is thrown down and to the side, but more sideways than down compared to a misty.
