Well boys...our season is basically over. Southern VT is taking such a massive beating from these temps/rain. So many brown spots and bare spots.

One of the worst seaons of my 25 years of life on the east coast. Hopefully can find greener pastures out west next year.

I'll be moving West at some point this summer. So hopefully they get another epic winter. Excited for a season that is decently long. VT was awful this year.

Its really scary. This type of winter is becoming more and more common. I remember growing up 15-20 years ago in VT and remember drastically better snow conditions.

Hell..even all those little mountains around mass/ct/ny wouldnt be able to open without snow making anymore.

Good bye fried rice, hello fried chicken.

Were you even here last season? Tons of snow. Also, look at this chart:


There haven't been any drastic changes in the last two decades. In fact, the lowest snow years were in the early 1900s for the most part.

Just skied Jay today and they ahd over a foot in the trees. I also hit a cliff under one of the chairs which was super fun since you had to hike to it since it was all dirt, then there was snow in the chute. I have another pass that I need to use for Jay, so if anyone wants to hit it up with me and 2 dudes who kill it just let me know

Wisconsin is going to be 65+°F this weekend. We actually had a really nice season and I'm pretty worn out... I'm accepting of the nasty snow. I'll embrace the last few days of skiing on my rock skis and call it a season next week.

On the 10 day forecast I saw some lower temps (upper 30's lol) and snow but it'll probably change

Poconos got wrecked by el nino this year, they couldn't even fully open the park at my home mountain.

Well be good in VT next weekend idk how much after that. At least the parks will be fun. Just cruising around I would imagine would get super boring. Stratton resort cam is looking sad right now

I haven't heard anything for sure. I'm just wondering if it'll be done after next weekend. Next weekend, it's for sure open. It's pond skim on Saturday.

Loon has events planned through the second weekend in April.. 80s day and redbull all snow are both marked for April 2nd, slushpool is the 9th, street cred jam is the 10th.. Pretty sure a large group from England is coming the weekend of the 9th/10th and it's already been paid for. Don't know how the fuck they plan on pulling off staying open another month but it's gonna be interesting to see what pans out.

Well the forecast right now at Mount Snow looks like 5-8 inches Sunday night and then another 3-5 inches on Monday so let's have some faith!

I've painfully accepted the fact the season is basically over. I'm going to try to go Saturday if its still any decent or have a decent park setup up.

But im ready for some golf at this point
