Replying to 2011 Krypton Pro ID Modification?

Does anyone know how to adjust these boots? I feel like I want more flex out of them. I currently have the softer tongues (I think) and I still feel like there's too much pressure on my shins. I used to have full tilts and got these because they fit better, but after getting used to them, I miss the forward cant the Full tilts could give you. Anyone know how to adjust this? the cabrio shell should be the same as the currents but can't find anything. Thanks in advance!
