So i have to take a drug test in 18 days to get add medicine. Im super wirried about this haha. Im 5'9 and 144ibs and i have barely any fat. Last time i used was yesterday it was my first time in 36 days and i only got 2 small hits from a joint. Ive been drinking water a lot and im going to start exercising hard any other ways i can pass this? Is 18 days doable?
depends the test. some tests u will be fine. but the one that will get u is a hair test. somehow the fumes of something stay on u for a long time. as long as its a urine test u should be fine

yea my friends mom made him take a urine test. he didn't smoke for around a month and he was fine. drinking lots of water will sober you up but I don't think it will help get the weed out of your system over a long period of time. also throwing up and drinking lots sobers u up real fast

Since I hadnt smoked for a little bit before yesterday and I smoked so little it shouldn't take to long to get mostly outta my system right? I don't really have much body fat so thats a plus thanks for the help man
I had pretty much the same exact situation a last year- hadn't smoked for a while then took a few hits and got a urine test 14 days later and passed with flying colors. I didn't do much besides exercise and drank water, but from what I've heard water doesn't do that much. If you're still worried you can buy detox kits online. The best solution, and what I did, was just to buy your own test at Walmart and test yourself the day before to at least see if you're fucked
You worrying for nothing. If you are taking a urine test for a prescription, chances are they are not looking for THC metabolites; they will be looking for enzymes for liver, kidney or organ damage. THC has no influence on the metabolism or vital organs. I have to take these every 2 years for my job, they only took a pH strip.
If they are directly looking for illegal metabolites, an imminuessay strip. They are cheap and really quick to check. The cutoff is often 20-50ug/ml so anything under this, its a negative. Depending on how much you weigh, your BMI and fat % with how much you took in. At this point, you clear it for sure.
Last thing is a Gas spectrometry or a urine sample. These are hard to beat because they break down your urine and check through a light detector. They are very accurate but, at 150$ a test; dont expected it.
How to clear your system:
1-7 days of very hard work out. You need to loose fat now.
2-Change your diet to highest fiber possible. THC metabolites prefer feces than urine to get rid of it. You should be shitting big shits twice a day.
3- a week or 2 before the test, stop all physical activity and slow down your metabolism for gaining fat and lot loosing it. This will prevent fat leaching to the bloodstream.
3-2 hrs before the test, drink lots of water...like 8oz every 15 minutes until your pee turns light yellow. Turn to monsters and rockstars to add color and keep your pee diluted temporarily. Coffee works too.
You have a couple weeks so drinking water and excercizing now: great.
However, be a complete fatass the last couple days before. THC is stored in fat cells. While drinking water and exercising now are great to detox your body, exercising the day before or what not before the test would fuck you because the exercise is releasing the THC metabolites into your body as you burn off the fat and you will piss it out.
So make sure to not work out, and just sit around gaining weight the last couple days will help you.
That being said, this is just in case you have an actual drug test. I think they're testing your blood levels for certain things to make sure the drug would be safe for you. So maybe eating really unhealthy wont be your best bet (after all, you probably want to find out if you actually have terrible cholesterol or if it's because of eating too much the past days).

I passed a drug test for workers comp when I had smoked the same day on the way to work I just drank like a quart of H20... If you don't puff tuff ery day it is mad easy to pass drug tests... After you're done pissing in the cup, swish it around in your mouth for a little then spit it back out into the cup. Guaranteed way to kill all the marijuanas still living in your piss.

Thats pretty stupid. You dont want to void your sample either. You want diluted enough by your own body to reduce the metabolite concentration. There is absolutly no stress.
I did forget to mention to catch it mid stream, the beginning is loaded with salts and metabolites and the end is a cleaning process that scrapes the bladder; you dont want those. The mid action is the best time to collect.

Pretty much the second post. I have gotten urine tested twice now the day after smoking weed and have passed. Both times I drank an obscene amount of water, pissed at least twice (after drinking the water) but before the test, and getting my piss in the cup mid stream.
However, from your original post it seems like you should be fine by just not smoking.

What are you shooting up your weed or freebasing hash or something?
18 days is way more than enough time. And lol at "first time in 36 days" I would say if it was your first time in 37 days you might be alright but 36? you're fucked.
Best thing I can recommend is to warm up an apple juice box with some handwarmers and pour that into the cup they give you. That way when they test for thc they won't find any.
Make sure you don't take a sip of the apple juice though, 18 days is cutting it close and any backwash might make you fail.

yeah definitely want to keep my parents from knowing and I've heard a lot of doctors won't prescribe you the medicine if you show up positive and will rarely even drop the patient.
