Head Thrasher v Full Tilt First Chair?

Im due for a boot upgrade after having the same boots for the past 6 years. Could anyone who owns/used the Head Thrasher 100 boots give me a bit more info about them. Do they feel heavy on the foot in the park? are they durable? whats the flex like? etc

And before the cries of go to a boot fitter, I've already been and was recommended 2 boots. The Full Tilt First Chair, and then the Thrashers. Both felt good but obviously its not easy to tell whether they really fit until I use a them out on the hill. Also I've heard bad things about the full tilts falling to pieces.

I have the first chairs and they are great, I have abused the fuck out of them and nothing has broken. Even cosmetics held up good. They are a great boot, also just on a different note you should get a foot bed, it helped so much with shin bang and getting my foot into the right spot/fit.

The first chairs fell apart very easily for me, (along with any other FT I've had) I was breaking tongues multiple times a year and buckles almost every 2 months. I haven't used the thrasher much but I tried them once and they didn't feel heavy, and the buckles are much better than wires imo.

This . The heads will be of an infinitely higher quality construction, there's dozens of threads here about full tilts breaking. I'd be willing to bet the 100 flex on the heads are stiffer than the full tilts 100 flex even tho listed as the same .

You forgot the fact that the full tilts are 100x more popular in the free ski community
