Who should have their own ski documentary?

I remember watching "Few Words" for the first time and loved learning about Candide individually and his accomplishments, setbacks, and progression. Also the Sammy C project, and Wells documentary were awesome to see where they all started, their progression and where they are today!

It's awesome to see amazing riders, once like us break it down how they did it and show how much works and dedication it really takes to get to that level. It pushes us.

Who would you want to see have a ski documentary about them?

I would like to see Parker White have an individual doc.

probably The Line TC crew. As much as i love the series i would love to see some behind the scenes or something.
If not, probably Gus Kenworthy. I know he's not the best seen person now, but i'd like to see the progression from teen to pro freestyler. Also, in like 10 years or something i'd like to see Kelly Slidaru or Cody LaPlante or some of the people who made it to pro when they were young.

Far too many of these vanity projects have been done before their subjects ripened into true legends.
But I can think of a good one: Adam Delorme. It would be like 'Few Words', except with even less words, and 15 years worth of mindfuck skiing.

Maybe Kye Petersen? Idk I feel like to have a documentary you need to have done something for the ski community and need a lot of footage. So yeah I'd like to see one of like Kye or Karl that would be dope.

Documentaries are for skiers who have had a long and eventful career. Think Tanner Hall, Candide, Shane, JP, Glen Plake, Seth Morrison. A few of these skiers have their own documentary and are a few deserve a documentary. If every skier you thought was cool got a documentary then documentaries would lose their appeal. As cool as Bdog and Kye are their careers aren't all that interesting.

Glen Plake - because he's Glenn Plake

Jon Olsson - has been around 'newschool' skiing basically as long as Tanner/Candide. Massive influence in jump design/safety. He also just seems like an interesting dude (ie - lives in Monaco and drives awesome cars)

Adam Delorme - because he's AD, although maybe not for a while yet. Also, definitely didn't realize that he's as old as he is (32).

New Canadian Air Force (JP, JF, Dorion, Philou, 3 Phils, Douglas) - see the influence they had on the change skiing went through in the late 90's/early 00's with the intro of the 1080, etc.

Sorry if I don't include myself in a circle jerk of peoples favourite skiers. Seriously, if you think the majority of the skiers mentioned in this thread deserve a documentary then you're a fucking idiot. Like what the fuck would a phil casabon doco look like? I got picked up by armada when I was 15, I skied, didn't have any real highlights or low times in my career, got dropped by orage and met wu tang. Sick fucking docu. Tanner Halls docu was fucking sick because he had things in his life that could actually make an interesting documentary like substance abuse problems or breaking his ankles. It wasn't just a jizz fest over his skiing. If you want to saturate the market with documentaries then go ahead, but the majority of them will be fucking boring.

Radio Ron already has a ton of documentary style footage in the bonus segments of the meathead movies not sure if you've seen them or not. A must watch . Skitheeast.net has them in the online store.
