Crispy chicken tenders

So like the title suggests, I'm curious if NS has any tips for keeping the lips of takeoffs & jumps crisp and square?

I'm the only park crew for the resort I'm at, and I have a hard time keeping up with the groomers, jerrys, and fresh snow.
On top of being a one man show, I only get to work on the park during the weekends, so it has all week to be rounded, and by boss expects me to have everything tip top and running within an hour and a half or two at most.

cut them the night before so they have time to set, gently use some water

Don't play with it too much, seriously. My local park crew for lips onto rails and things like that rake them, make those perfect lines, and then close them off for any where between 15-45 minutes. Let it set.

Also cut the sides. It will prevent hipping for the most part and keep the foundation of the lip intact.

I would pack the shit out of it and kind of just form a round mound, once you're sure the mound is packed like the fudge in SF, then you just take a shovel or park rake thing and chop it up nicely to whatever level of crispyness you desire, apply water or ammonium nitrate and wait for 30 minutes or so.
