I have a rail jam coming up and I'm pretty nervous, I've been practicing all my rptrucks but I can't seem to shake the nerve, does anyone know how to get over that
just have fun, think of it like ur just skiing w ur fiends in the park like you would any other day. If your think about it too much ur prob gonna fuck up, even worse, you wont have any fun
practice channeling that nervous energy in a positive way. to me, what separates good competitors from great ones is executing under pressure. you have to feed on it. contrary to popular belief, fear is useful. panic is deadly. just fucking own it man. get stoked, this is something you love to do, it should feel like that when you compete. do it because you like the rush, not just because you have to.
