Attack 13s or Guardian 13s

Picked up a fresh pair of 4FRNT CRJ Memorial Skis that were ridden twice!

Which bindings?

Salomon Guardian 13s - $212
4FRNT Attack 13 - $127

Any suggestions

I dont have skins and I'm not sure how much I'll actually tour, if i were to get a pair, but I always liked the idea of being able to skin....future tour-er???

Are the guardians ridiculously heavy? I keep hearing about touring bindings being really heavy...

Im not hitting huge faces or drops but I would like to "play" with them off natural features

Guardians and all AT bindings are heavier for sure but not bad, especially since the guardian has the low stack height. If you don't think you'll tour then get the attacks but if it's something you want to do get guardian for sure

The attack 13s are ridiculously light. Mounted them on a pair of Bacons as my dailys and seriously enjoy them. I go to places where touring isnt really an option tho so i cant say much about the guardians but when i hike with my skis, they're super light and extremely easy to manage.

Attacks. Frame touring bindings kill the flex of the ski imo. You can always find a cheap pair of pow boards to get into touring if it strikes you as something youd like to do.

Love my attack 13's. First season on them no issues at all. Much better than my axial 2

The guardian actually allows for better flex tho compared to other AT binders

Maybe by like 1%. Ive skied and owned guardians, f12s and dukes, and they are all heavy, dead bricks imo. They do have the best use of touring tho, outside of the F12s or a true tech binding.

Yeah I hated my dukes, and yeah the Guadians kinda suck too. Honestly flex wise and what not they aren't bad buy they're soooo heavy

Attacks all day. ive ridden the same ski with barons and it honestly ruins the feel of the ski.

I also have considered the Adrenalin 16 or Adrenalin 13 instead of the Guardian...I've owned a pair of attack 13s and I liked them a lot

Not sure how much touring i'll do but i always liked the idea that i could do it

I also forgot to mention that i sold my memorial skis and picked up some 2016 Armada JJs in a 185cm

Not sure if that changes peoples minds...
