Anti-fog for goggles

I have a pair of Smith I/O googles and both the lenses that came with it fog up when I ski unless its above 0. Anyone know of/use antifog sprays that actually work?

you can put band-aids at the top and bottom of them. They release a chemical that helps with fogging.
