Ski length help!

Alright so im looking at picking up a pair of 2017 Line chronics. I'm on the 2015 chronics but I'm missing alot of edge but I love the ski. Anyways back to the question... Should I go for the 185 or 178. These are the new sizes for the Line skis in 2017. I am 6'1 and weigh 140 founds. ( Yes I am a lengthy fuck ). Any suggestions would help!!

I'd go 185 personally. I like my skis longer and once you get used to that extra length its hard to go back down I find unless I jump to my race skis

Ayy, thanks for the advice!! I personally want to go with the 185. Just wanted other opinions!

Do this, especially if you're a solid skier.

Yup 185 if you are a good skier. Smallest ski that I own is 184 @5'10" and 150lbs. You have a lot more control on a longer ski.

Ive got the 2015 chronics right now in size 178 and im about 6'1" as well. If you feel confident in a longer ski go for 185 but personally i love my 178s, There not to short but not to long as well they feel perfect.
