It turns out all the trouble we've caused over there doesn't matter! Soon a big dam will break flooding the entire country! Yay!

"The United States has warned its citizens to be ready to leave Iraq in the event of what it has said could be a catastrophic collapse of the country's largest hydro-electric dam near Mosul.
Iraqi officials have sought to play down the risk but Washington urged its citizens to make contingency plans now.

A US security message cited estimates that Mosul, which is northern Iraq's largest city and under control of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) fighters, could be inundated by as much as 21 metres of water within hours of the breach.

Cities downstream on the Tigris River such as Tikrit, Samarra and the Iraqi capital Baghdad could be inundated with smaller, but still significant levels within 24-72 hours."

Why would anybody be worried about them in the first place? I mean outside of bullshit media reports and xenophobia there really isn't much to fear.

Oh yeah I forgot, we're really in so much danger, let's increase our defense budget by a few more 0's and all be scared to leave our house because in the land of make believe we're about to have a war on our soil because of scary brown people from another culture.

How much do you asshats actually know about Islam? How many Iraqis have you guys met personally?


Islam is dead set on destroying western society. I do not believe any proud muslim has any intention of ever working together with western culture. The ones that do work with us are not proud of where their religion currently stands.


If dont have some amount of disdain for a hate mongering religion that you need to brush up on you history.

Isn't it convenient how a muslim guy could get in a fender bender driving to work and we might consider that terrorism, but our government can fun rebel armies, overthrow governments, invade countries, kill civilians and that's totally kosher?

I'm not saying there aren't some bad people in Iraq. But no point in arguing about feeling empathy and such for some humans who may not be so bad and are affected perhaps
