Does anyone have this problem or has anyone had this and over came this problem before?
So when ever i go inverted I always flip fast. The landing is always hard because I'm coming at the landing with a shit ton of spin and flip force and I'm out of control. When ever I backflip it's scary cus I feel out of control and when ever I flip and try to air it out I under rotate. Last week I threw a Misty 7 and was trying to air it out but still hucked it and felt out of control. I landed on my skis but came down on my wrist ........I fractured it but it's not a big deal cus I won't need surgery and I'll be out of a cast with In a couple of weeks. What should I do? Practice airing out stuff on tramp till I get them? Also I've seen jake mullers backflip video and I can never bring my chest out and air it out Like in the video.... Should I stop flipping? I like to flip but usually it ends up with me landing a couple sloppy and then getting moderately hurt. Any responses would be greatly appreciate. +k and lots of love for good answers!! Thanks again!
