Is there a Tutorial for a "cat flip"

Some pros have been starting to do flips where they do the same motion as a cat and if they started spinning right they would arch their back and other motions to reverse so they spin left for a 180. I think someone did it at fenway, does anyone have any links to videos or tutorials of it?

I don't think you realize how hard those kind of tricks are to do...they require incredible amounts of air awareness and skill.
