Suntour is being a pain in the ass about getting the suspension lockout lever replaced on my forks. Anyone know how the hell I can get something that simple replaced quickly?

Have you tried your local shop? They're probably going to be your best bet.
Online, I've had decent luck with Chain Reaction, burnt also haven't had to order replacement pieces for parts.

i wouldn't run suntours after past experiences with that company.
mind you, the bike world has changed quite a lot since I was involved in it.

your local bike shop will be able to pressure suntour a little bit more into a warrenty part than you alone. But if that doesn't work just buy a new suspension set up
