Hi,
I'm currently looking for new skis, which i could use on every day basis. I want twin tips, because I'm learning to ride switch and I've recently started trying some spins while jumping. Nothing hardcore here, I,m no ex racer or pro free styler, just intermediate (i like to think I'm heading to advance state :D) skier trying new stuff. I also want those skis to perform well on ice and crud, which will be more and more standard where i live, as we go into the spring and summer. I already have volkl one for powder days, but i really hate the feeling of those, between powder days, when i have to ski offpiste crust or icy pistes and crud towards the end of sunny warm day. So currently I'm looking at Line Chronic 178, K2 Sight 179 and Volkl Kink 179. I also looked at candide 2.0, but i think they are a bit to wide for what I.m looking for and given, that i already have a big skis for powder days.
So what do you think, should i look for something totally different or am I heading to a right direction? The ski should be more on a carve, stability, cutting through cruds side, because i won't really do any hardcore stuff in park. Defo no rails. Just trying out new stuff as i said.
I was also thinking to mount some shizos on the skis, so i can play a bit with center mount, when i want to. Thoughts on that?
My specs are: 183cm (6") of height and 84kg (185lbs) naked wheight.
Thanks for help.
