Yo, so all my snowboarding friends can now backflip and now its my turn to backflip. Can you guys give me advice on backfliping and how not to kill my self I broke my leg last season so if I break my self here then my parents are gonna go super sayain on me. Also could you give me some advice on maning up and what could help me relax before doing it. Thanks.
