ThatdpOne thing that you may find while learning 7's is that you end up in the back seat when landing! To prevent that I recommend focusing on having a very even pop off the lip of the jump making sure your body is centered. If you do end up back seat when you land pushing your hands to your tips will keep you from backslapping!
Dennis_Reynoldsim better at spinning 7 than 3, just spin fast
TheBigAppleIf you over or under rotate it's easy to just make it a 5 or a 9 lol, you'll know in the air what to do.

Thatdpblindly lands sideways.
SCFILMSMake sure to commit 100% and I highly doubt you will over rotate your first 7. It doesnt need to be off a big jump, i did my first one on a jump that you only go about 8 feet in distance and 3 feet up so anything bigger than that is good too but dont go smaller. If you land 630 first try then try it again and you will probably stomp it.
teflon66Aight man thanks. I'm going for it on Saturday. I'll let you know how it goes!
Zurgjust set like its a normal 5 and take it bigger

teflon66I'm scared I'll over or under rotate.
jsch6you might under rotate your first attempt but i probably wont hurt that bad and then you can adjust your self different for the next attempt, trial and error.
Mrworm10Idk, my first attempt I had to hold it at 7 and still almost went 9. Really depends on how big of a jump you take it to. Just go up to a big comfy jump and set it like a 5 on a smaller jump, comes around easy.
