All you gotta do is have a little bit of nail on your thumb and find the air bubble. Its really not hard....

First off, you need to have longer than normal nails. I would say like 2-3 mm of the white part.
Second, put your thumb with your fingernail pushing into the bottom of the can, just above the rim where you can bend it.
Third, hold the can straight up and increase the pressure of your fingernail against the can while you are tilting it down with the top pointing to the ground.
If that doesn't work try shaking it up slightly.
If that doesn't work smack it against a sharp(ish) corner.

Super easy, here's how:
Hold your thumb at the base, right where you can start to bend the can in. Now, lower the can towards the ground so that it's somewhat upside down. Finally, and this part is really important, pull up and back really fast and headbutt the back of your thumb.
Boom. Thumb gun.
