We don't choose who MOTM candidates, they are based on algorithms that include karma, photo/video scores, thread scores, etc. I'm assuming Dennis_Reynolds got picked due to a couple threads he made with lots of views and upvotes along with his xchange/karma score which has spiked over the last month.

Oh I understand. I meant the populace. There are always a few good members elected but the stupid ones (no offense) always get elected because people dont give a shit

*get picked because people upvote their content and give them high karma scores. If people just downvoted/gave out low karma for stupid stuff, then it would be different, but people enjoy members like Dennis_Reynolds so they upvote.

misread karma as kendama.. pictured an entire battle that had each member do the best kendama tricks they have learned. Very disappointed when I realized I was wrong.
