Nah, I think they just look silly af if you aren't wearing them in a situation where you need significant neck and face protection from the sun (fishing, spring skiing, etc.).

I wore one once and it just kept falling off anytime I went faster than 5 miles an hour and then the string would choke me so I was not a fan.
