FunkyDealerGood Powder skis. The recommended mounting position is quite far back 10-15 from center) so it takes a while to get used to. Due to the rocker profile they don't handle groomers or variable conditions very well. I'd say mount them a couple of centimeters forward from recommended and they should handle other conditions a bit better.
For recommended mounting point: I have K2 recoils and Atomic Punx center mounted as well as Sir Francis Bacons mounted at Pollard mount which is either 2 or 2.5cm back from center, so quite close to center. So I’m more of a freestyle background orientated skier.
I’ve heard the Volkl one is great for backcountry jibbing and freestyle, I just don’t want to mount too far back but not so close to center that I compound its All-mountain performance.
Any input would greatly be appreciated!
