How hard do I throw a backflip on skis

On my tramp I can do backflips extremely comfortable and even do them on the ground so I can throw them pretty hard, I'm just wondering how hard do you need to grow it on skis. I don't wanna overthrow

Depends on your speed, the jump, etc. You kinda have to just feel it out

If the jump is 20+feet, I just pop hard and lay it out accordingly. I also dont backflip jumps smaller than 20 feet.

Don't rush it. I also recommend laying them out right away. Post vids when you send it OP!

It's hard to explain how much energy you need to get all the way around but make sure you don't just throw your back back. You wanna try to keep your body straight at least for the first part when ur getting off the jump

yea it's kind of weird to explain.

I have to tell myself to
pop as hard as I can, as late as I can, in order to have the right form. Otherwise i end up leaning back and sends me into an Uncontrollable spin and end up over rotating
