Replying to 3's and Rails

Ok guys i have 2 questions for y'all

1. I can't 360 at all, for some reason when i try it lands as a 180, idk if I'm not spinning hard enough or shit like that.

2. How do i hit rails well. I just started to hit them and i can make most boxes sideways but i can only make the flat (Pop 90 type) rails and i just wanted tips for spins onto rails, spins off rails and even hitting the different types of rails including rainbow, battleship, lip on, etc...
